Roasted chicken with quinoa and vegetables

## Ingredients
### For the chicken:
- 4 boned and skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprica
- Salt and pepper to taste
### For quinoa:
- 1 cup of quinoa
- 2 cups of water
- Salt to taste
### For vegetables:
- 1 medium zucchini cut into cubes
- 1 red pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 medium carrot, cut into half half
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of thin herbs (thyme, rosemary, basil)
## Preparation mode
### Preparing the chicken:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, turmeric, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Rub each chicken breast with olive oil and then with the mixture of spices.

3. Mix well so that all vegetables are evenly covered with seasoning.
4. Bake in the oven along with the chicken for about 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are baked and slightly golden.

1. To serve, put a portion of quinoa on each dish.
2. Place a roasted chicken breast next to the quinoa.
