## Ingredients:

- 2 packages of cornstarch type (400 g)
- 100 g of unsalted butter, melted
### For the filling:
- 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)
- 1 box of sour cream (200 g)
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 chocolate boxes chopped bis
### for coverage:
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 1 box of sour cream (200 g)
### To decorate:
- Chocolate bis whole and/or chopped
- Chocolate zest or confectionery to taste
## PREPARATION MODE:
### Preparing the base:
1. In the processor, grind the cornstarch cookies until they are very thin.Transfer to a bowl.
2. Mix the melted butter with the crushed cookie until it forms a homogeneous mass.
