This rustic tuna pie recipe is a perfect choice for delicious lunch or light dinner.It combines the practicality of tuna canned with the freshness of vegetables and herbs, wrapped in a crispy mass.Let's go step by step of this delicious recipe.

### Ingredients:

#### For the mass:
- 200g of wheat flour
- 100g of cold butter in cubes
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of cold water (if necessary)

#### For the filling:
- 2 cans of solid tuna in oil, drained
- 1 minced medium onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper cut into small cubes
- 1 big tomato without seeds and chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley and chives
- 2 beaten eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- olive oil to sauté

### Preparation:

#### Preparing the pasta:
1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.Add the butter and use the fingertips to crumble the butter until the mixture looks like a thick crumbs.
2. Add the egg and mix well.Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough begins to form one ball.
3. Involves the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

#### Preparing the filling:
1. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until transparent.
2. Add the chopped peppers and tomatoes, cook until soft.
3. Add the drained tuna, peas, olives and parsley and chives.Saute for a few more minutes.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Let it cool slightly and mix the beaten eggs with the filling.

#### Setting the pie:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
2. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll with a roll on a floured surface, forming a circle about 5cm larger than the pie shape.
3. Transfer the mass to shape, slightly pressing to the edges and bottom.
4. Place the stuffing on the dough in the form.
5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, leaving the center exposed.
6. Brush the borders of the dough with a little beaten egg.
7. Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until the dough is golden and crispy.
