MIL-SHEETS OF VUNIAL CREAM AND RED FRUITS WITH BLACK Chocolate Syrup

### Ingredients:
#### For Mil-Folhas:
- 500 g of puff pastry
- icing sugar to sprinkle
#### for vanilla cream:
- 500 ml of whole milk
- 1 pod of vanilla, divided in half and scraped
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 g of sugar
- 40 g of wheat flour
#### for red fruits filling:
- 300 g of mixed red fruits (such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
#### to Black Chocolate Syrup:
- 100 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more)
- 100 ml of fresh cream
### Preparation:
#### Preparation of puff pastry:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into rectangles approximately 12x8 cm.
3. Place them in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and place another sheet of parchment paper on top, followed by another baking dish to prevent the leaves from rising a lot.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
5. Remove from oven and let cool.Sprinkle with icing sugar.
#### Preparation of vanilla cream:
1. In a medium pan, heat the milk with the vanilla pod and its seeds until it begins to boil.Remove the pod.
2. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and cute.Add flour and mix well.
3. Pour the hot milk over the mixture of yolks, stirring constantly.
4. Return the mixture to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens (about 5-7 minutes).Remove from heat and let cool, covering the surface with plastic wrap so as not to create a film.
#### Preparation of red fruits:
1. In a bowl, mix the red fruits with a tablespoon of sugar.Let marine for about 10 minutes.
#### Preparation of black chocolate syrup:
1. Chop the chocolate and place in a heat resistant bowl.
2. Heat the cream in a small pan until it begins to boil and pour over the chocolate.
3. Let stand for a minute and then stir until a smooth mixture.
#### Assembly:
1. Place a puff pastry rectangle on the plate.
2. Spread a layer of vanilla cream over the dough.
3. Distribute a layer of red fruits on top of the cream.
4. Place another puff pastry rectangle and repeat the layers of cream and red fruits.
5. Finish with one last layer of puff pastry.Sprinkle with icing sugar.
6. Serve with the Drizzled Black Chocolate Syrup on top or next to be added to taste.
